The Oakland Police Department would like to announce missing person Mr. Sitiveni Ngalu has been safely located.
Background: On Sunday, September 6, 2015 at approximately 7:00 AM, 76-year-old Sitiveni Ngalu walked away from a family member’s residence in the 1300 block of 48th Avenue in Oakland, CA. Ngalu is a male Tongan, 76 years old, 5’ 5”, and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white-and-blue striped long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and white, blue, and yellow athletic shoes.
An Oakland resident, Mr. Ngalu was considered at risk because he suffers from dementia, diabetes, and Alzheimer’s.
