Fall Festival Parade 
Roscoe's annual Fall Festival Parade will take place on Sunday September 13th at 11am. The parade will begin at Main Street and Bridge Street then move north on Main Street to Chestnut Street. The parade will turn right on Chestnut Street and proceed until 4th Street where the parade will end.
Expect traffic delays in the area.
