Driver Arrested After Suspected Marijuana Found in Vehicle
Vermillion County—Yesterday evening at approximately 5:40, Indiana State Police Master Trooper Jeremy Lewis stopped a white 1991 GMC pickup southbound on State Road 63 near County Road 1050 South for traveling 78 miles-per-hour in a 60 mph zone.
During discussions with the driver, Lewis noticed the apparent smell of both burnt and raw marijuana. A free air sniff by Clinton Police Department K-9 “Piper” resulted in a positive indication for marijuana. A search of the vehicle yielded approximately 13 grams of suspected marijuana in a duffle bag located next to the driver, a suspected partially smoked marijuana cigarette in the ash tray and assorted drug paraphernalia.
Arrested: Wyatt T. Hodgkin, age 18, of Perrysville, IN.
Incarcerated in the Vermillion County Jail
Charges: DUI (refusal); Possession of Marijuana (under 30 grams); and Possession of
Paraphernalia.
Assisting Master Trooper Lewis were ISP Trooper Tim Rader, Vermillion County Sheriff’s Deputy Chad Hennis, and Clinton Police Officer Justin Nelson and K-9 “Piper”.

Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
