Seven (7) reg. sex offenders meet with PPSC on 9/14 @ 5pm, City Hall to request a waiver from residency restrictions. 
The following registered sex offenders are petitioning the Public Protection and Safety Committee requesting a waiver from the Sex Offender Residency restrictions in order to live at the following locations:
Albert Webster: 2203 N 10th Street
Alex Kaufman: 1734 N 11th Street
Steve T. Hamilton Sr: 1029 N 26th Street
Jason Martin: 930A Michigan Avenue or 1123/1125 N 14th Street
Brian K. Johnston: 930A Michigan Avenue or 1123/1125 N 14th Street
Jesus Ruiz: 930A Michigan Avenue or 1123/1125 N 14th Street
Adam P. Borland: 1531 Michigan Avenue
Discussion on this matter will take place at the Public Protection Safety Committee Meeting on Monday, September 14th, at 5 PM. The location of the meeting is at City Hall, Basement Conference Room.
