HOMELESS SEX OFFENDER MARVIN MCLAUGHLIN RELEASED FROM INCARCERATION 
The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Marvin Gene McLaughlin has been classified as a Sex Offender with no level. Due to recent law changes and the date of McLaughlin’s conviction he has no designated level. Whenever a sex offender moves into a residence, the police department of that jurisdiction notifies the citizens of that neighborhood.
Marvin McLaughlin was convicted of First Degree Rape on May 6, 1996 in Perry, Noble County, Oklahoma. McLaughlin is not wanted for any crimes and he has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department.
Marvin McLaughlin is a white male, Date of Birth November 13, 1959. He is 5’9” tall and 200 lbs., Brown hair and Blue eyes. He was recently released from incarceration and is currently homeless.
