The Montgomery Police Department has concluded an investigation of the suspicious incident in the Lakewood Creek area on September 3, 2015 at approx. 7:45 pm. After a thorough investigation it appears the original complaint is unsubstantiated and closed at this time. The minivan has been located and the driver was making a pizza delivery in the area.
We want to thank all the residents who have called into the Police Department.
We encourage all residents to report any suspicious activity immediately.
