Missing Person at Risk
Oakland, CA – The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from the media and the public in locating missing person Mr. Sitiveni Ngalu.
On Sunday, September 6, 2015 at approximately 7:00 AM, 76-year-old Sitiveni Ngalu walked away from a family member’s residence in the 1300 block of 48th Avenue in Oakland, CA. He has not returned or been located since.
Mr. Ngalu is a male Tongan, 76 years old, 5’ 5”, and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white-and-blue striped long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and white, blue, and yellow athletic shoes.
At the time of the disappearance, it was confirmed that Mr. Ngalu was in possession of a family member’s clothing, which may contain identification in the name of Viniseni Pahulu.
An Oakland resident, Mr. Ngalu is considered at risk because he suffers from dementia, diabetes, and Alzheimer’s.
This investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact OPD Missing Persons at (510) 238-3641.
