Signal Hill Cooling Center - 1770 E. Hill Street (Signal Hill Library) 
Due to the high temperatures forecast for this week, the City of Signal Hill has set up the City Library to serve as a cooling center from Tuesday September 8th to Friday September 11th at 8:00 PM. During normal business hours, residents can stay cool in an air conditioned facility.

Hours of Operation: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday - 1200 PM to 800 PM; Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday - 1000 AM to 500 PM. Closed on Sundays and City Holidays.
