This afternoon at approximately 1:00 PM the unknown suspect in the listed picture kissed a 16 year old girl on the cheek and further annoyed her as she waited for the bus at Montebello Blvd / Whittier Blvd. The victim was afraid and immediately got onto the bus and left the location as the suspect walked away in an unknown direction.
At approximately 3:30 PM at the liquor store at 3rd Street and Whittier Blvd, the same suspect spoke with a 12 year old victim and offered her money. The victim became scared and ran from from the location to her home and reported the incident to her mother. The suspect was last seen in the 200 block of South 3rd Street.
Montebello Police Investigators were able to obtain a picture of the suspect from the liquor store surveillance cameras.
The suspect is described as an older male Hispanic in his 50's wearing a red soccer jersey, beige pants and a black backpack or shoulder bag. He is wearing black framed glasses and has dark hair.
