SEX OFFENDER OTIS TOLMAN 2906 E. EUCALYPTUS #1 
The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Otis Ira Tolman has been classified as a Sex Offender with no level. Due to recent law changes and the date of Tolman’s conviction he has no designated level. Whenever a sex offender moves into a residence, the police department of that jurisdiction notifies the citizens of that neighborhood.
Otis Tolman was convicted of two (2) counts of Rape by Instrumentation on March 4, 1999 in Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma. Otis Tolman is not wanted for any crimes and he has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department.
