MCP advises; Wednesday Sept. 2, plan for possible traffic congestion in the areas surrounding Baltimore City Circuit Court. 
There is a strong possibility there will exist traffic and pedestrian disruption at and around the Baltimore City Circuit Court located at 111 North Calvert Street Baltimore City tomorrow September 2, 2015.
A large contingency of media personnel and protest activity may be present in front of the Court House and City Hall. If possible plan alternate routes and stay tuned to local news media for updates.
At this time no street closures are in effect. However, this may change as the event proceeds.
