OSBI agents continue to follow leads in a possible homicide case in Newcastle. Friday morning, a woman’s body was found inside a motel room at the Newcastle Motel on Main Street. The woman has not yet been positively identified. Friday, OSBI Forensic Artist Harvey Pratt sketched the likeness of a person of interest seen with the woman at the motel. Today, OSBI agents have found surveillance video of another man with the victim the day she checked into the motel. This man is not the same man in the sketch. This man is a middle aged Hispanic male with short hair and a mustache. Thursday, when pictured, he was wearing a bright red shirt sleeve t-shirt with what appears to say Red Day on the front. He also wore khaki long pants and white high top tennis shoes. OSBI is trying to build a timeline of events a few days preceding the woman’s death. This man could help agents with those details.
