Representatives from the California Highway Patrol will join Sheriff Donny Youngblood at an awards ceremony to recognize Kern County law enforcement officers for outstanding performance in vehicle theft recoveries and arrests.  The ceremony will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Auditorium of the Sheriff’s Headquarters Facility, 1350 Norris Road in Bakersfield.
