300 Block of West State Street Traffic Lane Closure 
Starting Monday, August 31, 2015, the City of Rockford will be closing the Eastbound traffic lane on West State Street from Church Street to Main Street for emergency storm sewer repair. The work is expected to be complete by the end of day, Monday. A detour will not be provided and drivers are encouraged to consider alternative routes. Westbound traffic lanes will remain open. Drivers should use caution when driving through construction zone and be alert for construction workers. Your patience and cooperation during this process is appreciated.
