Names released from car accident/fire at 1902 N. Irwin Ave. 
On Thursday, August 27, 2015 the Green Bay Police Department and Fire Department responded to a fire at 1902 N. Irwin Ave. The investigation determined a vehicle had crashed into the building. Two subjects were later found deceased within the vehicle. The driver was identified as Rick J. Latour M/W 10/02/74 of Green Bay. The passenger was identified as Shawn L. Schley M/W 02/16/88 also of Green Bay. Preliminary autopsy results indicate both men died of injuries consistent with the vehicle crash and not the fire. The police department is awaiting results of a toxicology report for both Mr. Latour and Mr. Schley which could take several weeks.
No further information will be released at this time.
