HIGH WIND WARNING - PORT TOWNSEND and HOOD CANAL 
A high wind WARNING has been issued for the Port Townsend and Hood Canal area. Gusts to 55 are possible. This is a unique "fall" scenario, and particularly dangerous since trees are still in full leaf.
Spotty power outages are possible throughout the area, but noting significant reported so far. Winds are increasing in most areas.
