AVOID Garland Dr from Walker Rd to 45 Bypass Frontage Rd, starting Tues, 9/1/15 until complete, for City installation of storm drain pipe. 
The Engineering Department has been notified by the City of Jackson's Stormwater Operations Department that they will temporarily close all- lanes of Garland from Walker Road to 45 Bypass Frontage Road, beginning Tuesday, September 1, 2015, starting at 7:00 a.m., UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! All businesses will have access to their property. The road will be closed to ALL THRU TRAFFIC! The road closure is to repair storm drain pipe under the road.
