Over the past (2) days, the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with the U.S. Marshalls, Forest City Police Department, N.C. Probation & Parole Officers assigned to Rutherford County, Homeland Security, N.C. Department of Public Safety, and the N.C. State Bureau of Investigation conducted "Operation Hot Spot."
"Operation Hot Spot" resulted in the arrest of 43 individuals, stolen property being recovered, and significant narcotics seizures.

1 Methamphetamine lab
One vehicle was seized
