This afternoon agents with the Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested a Tulsa man on a felony warrant out of Mesquite, Texas. Recently, a juvenile walked into the Mesquite Police Department and reported repeated sexual abuse and manufacturing child pornography at the hands of David Earl Myers III (d.o.b. 8/25/1963). OSBI ICAC agents determined Myers works in Tulsa. OSBI agents, an agent with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office, officers with the Tulsa Police Department and Tulsa Sheriff's Office with the help of U.S. Marshals from the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Myers at his workplace, RTI at 3546 N. Sheridan Road. He was transported to the Tulsa County jail where he awaits extradition to Texas. A search of Myers' Mannford home uncovered several items of evidence including implements of abuse described by the child victim.
