Incident Summary
On August 21, 2015, at approximately 1217 hours, an unknown Hispanic male and Hispanic female entered the Petaluma Target and purchased fifteen thousand dollars worth of gift cards using a stolen credit card.
The male suspect was described as wearing black leather jacket, a collared shirt, and blue jeans. The female suspect was described as wearing a white sweatshirt, a multi-colored scarf, a blue shirt with an anchor pattern, and blue jeans.
The suspects are believed to have been associated with a unknown make black SUV.
