Buying and Selling Safety Reminder

The Marietta Police Department would like to remind the community about safe online buying and selling. Here, at the Marietta Police Department, we offer our front parking lot and lobby area for these types of transactions.

While in the Marietta Police Department’s parking lot you will notice several surveillance cameras that record 24/7. The indoor lobby is open 365 days a year from 6:30am to 6:30pm. Police officers are also constantly coming in and out of the parking lot and the lobby during all hours.

The Marietta Police Department facility is FREE to use. Calling ahead is not necessary to make the department your meeting spot. An officer may be requested to check vehicles or items with serial numbers.
