Full Notification

The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Richard Rene Mahan has been classified as an “Aggravated” Sex Offender. Whenever a sex offender, classified as “Aggravated” or “Habitual” moves into a residence, the police department of that jurisdiction is required by state statute to notify the citizens of that neighborhood.

Richard Mahan was convicted of Sexual Battery to a person over the age of 18 on September 27, 2010 in Beaver, Beaver County, Oklahoma. Richard Mahan is not wanted for any crimes and he has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department.

Richard Mahan is a white male, Date of Birth May 29, 1966. He is 5’7”, 175 lbs., brown hair and hazel eyes. He is currently residing at 2402 Danvere, Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma. He was just released from incarceration. HE WILL BE REQUIRED TO MOVE ACCORDING TO THE LIVING RESTRICTIONS OF THE OKLAHOMA SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION ACT.
