08/12/15 WTPD arrested Franklin Cesar-Hesse, age 26, of Trenton NJ and Christopher Boase, age 31, of Easton Pa. On 08/12/15 at approximately 6:00 PM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute in the first block of Broad St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation both Mr. Cesar-Hesse and Mr. Boase were arrested. Mr. Boase was processed and charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was released with a mandatory court date. Mr. Cesar-Hesse was processed and charged with criminal sexual contact, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was lodged in the WC Jain in lieu of $15,000.00 bail.

08/13/15 WTPD arrested William Zimmerman, age 58, of Oxford NJ for disorderly conduct. On 08/13/15 at approximately 11:42 PM, patrol was dispatched to the Oxford Heritage Manor to a disturbance on Pine St. in Oxford Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation Mr. Zimmerman was charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

08/13/15 WTPD arrested Brian Ike, age 24, of Washington NJ, for a $1500.00 outstanding warrant out of East Brunswick Township. On 08/13/15 at approximately 8:45 PM, patrol observed Mr. Ike who, was known to have an outstanding warrant out of E. Brunswick, walking on Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Ike and confirmed the outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and turned over to the E. Brunswick Police Department.

08/14/15 WTPD arrested Shane Wieboldt, age 23, of Bethlehem Pa., for outstanding warrants out of Hackettstown, criminal mischief and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/14/15 at approximately 10:24 AM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance at the Oxford Heritage Manor 15 Pine St. in Oxford Township. Prior to the officer’s arrival, Mr. Weiboldt fled but was quickly located and taken into custody without further incident. He was processed, charged with criminal mischief and charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Weiboldt was turned over to Hackettstown Police Department.

08/14/15 WTPD arrested Able Manresa, age 23, of Washington NJ, for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough and possession of (CSD) less than 50 grams of marijuana. On 08/14/15 at approximately 3:54 PM, patrol made contact with Mr. Manresa, who was known to have an outstanding warrant, on Lincoln Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Manresa, confirmed the outstanding warrant and placed him under arrest without incident. A search revealed that Mr. Manresa had in his possession (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

08/14/15 WTPD arrested Joseph Pidgeon-Ferraro, age 24, of Glen Gradner NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/14/15 at approximately 3:48 PM, patrol was dispatched to the Burger King on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township for a suspicious vehicle. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was determined that one of the vehicle’s passengers, Mr. Pidgeon-Ferraro, was consuming an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Pidegon-Ferraro was processed and charged with a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance. He was released with a mandatory court date.

08/15/15 WTPD arrested Matthew Beatty, age 38, of Phillipsburg NJ, for a $195.00 outstanding warrant out of Hopewell Township NJ. On 08/15/15 at approximately 5:10 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Jackson Ave in Washington Borough. At that time, the driver, Mr. Beatty was found to have the outstanding warrant. He was processed and released with a new court date.

08/15/15 WTPD arrested John Stefanski, age 44, of Clifton Township Pa., for a $594.00 outstanding warrant out of Pohatcong Township. On 08/15/15 at approximately 10:58 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 N. in Washington Borough. At that time, the driver, Mr. Stefanski was found to have the outstanding warrant. He was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for speeding and released with a new court date.

08/15/15 WTPD arrested David Best, age 56, of Washington NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/15/15 at approximately 9:10 PM, patrol was dispatched to a residence in the 200 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for an unwanted person. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Best was arrested for a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

08/16/15 WTPD arrested Daniel Febo, age 27, of Dover NJ, for contempt of court order. Mr. Febo was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

08/16/15 WTPD arrested Sean McKenna, age 36, of Washington NJ, for a outstanding warrants totaing $1264.00 out of High Bridge Borough. On 08/16/15 at approximately 1:46 PM, patrol observed Mr. McKenna, who was known to have outstanding warrants, walking on Asbury-Anderson Rd. in Washington Township. The officer made contact with Mr. McKenna, confirmed the active warrants and took him into custody without incident. He was processed and released after posting bail.

08/17/15 WTPD arrested Jenna Dolan, age 21, and Mark Lopez, age 23, both of Washington NJ for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 08/17/15 at approximately 8:51 PM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance at the Washington Arms Apartments on N. Prospect Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, both Ms. Dolan and Mr. Lopez were arrested and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were processed and released with mandatory court dates.

08/17/15 WTPD arrested Rekeem Bright, age 37, of Hackettstown NJ, for a $200.00 outstanding warrant out of Irvington Township NJ. On 08/15/15 at approximately 10:23 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township. At that time, the driver, Mr. Bright was found to have the outstanding warrant. He was processed and released with a new court date.
