This morning, the U.S. Attorney in Tulsa held a press conference announcing federal charges against Oklahoma State Senator Rick Brinkley (R-Owasso). OSBI agents played a key role in initiating and pursuing the investigation. During the press conference, OSBI Director Stan Florence addressed the media regarding OSBI’s involvement. The OSBI continues to investigate and will turn over its findings to the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office for potential state charges.
