Thorntown, IN - The northbound lanes of US 52 in Boone County are closed at County Road 650 North, The Indiana State Police and the Boone County Sheriff's Department are on the scene of a fatal rollover crash that is blocking the roadway.
I-65 northbound traffic is now being diverted off of I-65 at SR 32 in Lebanon. Drivers should then take SR 32 west to I-74. Substantial traffic delays are expected in this area as it was already congested due to the closure of I-65 in Lafayette. Drivers are asked to seek alternate routes. It is estimated US 52 will be closed for approximately one hour while this crash is investigated and the scene is cleared.
