The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s assistance in locating a missing at risk adult. 51 year old Dennis Astrum was last seen walking northbound in the 13100 block of Fran St. in North Edwards on August 16th, 2015 at about 10:00 am. He is considered at risk due to a history of health complications.
Astrum is described as a white male, 6’1”, 230 lbs., with grey hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and tan shorts. Astrum does not have teeth, and has his name tattooed on his left forearm, a “Betty Boop” tattoo on his upper right arm, and a cross with leafs tattooed on his right forearm.
