Receiving Stolen Property Arrest 
(Etowah County, Alabama) An Attalla man was arrested and charged in connection to a recent burglary in Etowah County, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Justin Wayne Ryan Bearden, 24, of Attalla, was arrested August 10, and is charged with one count of first degree receiving stolen property, a felony,” investigator Tara Bates said.
Bearden allegedly was in possession of a Yamaha four-wheeler that was stolen from a residence located on Ashville Road, in Altoona. The victim reported the ATV stolen on July 26, 2015.
Deputy Dwight Fuller located the four-wheeler as it was being driven on Egypt Road, August 8.
Bearden is currently being held in the Etowah County Detention Center on $5,000 property bond.
