Bay Rd between Greenwood Dr & Hedge Rd is closed to all traffic. Traffic will be diverted via Dunsmuir Wy. PG & E is currently working to rectify the power outage in the area and will be working in the area for the next 8 hours. This was due to a vehicle hitting a power pole earlier this afternoon.
