Comanche Co. Suspect Pleads Guilty to Manslaughter 
Today, Mike Ball pled guilty for manslaughter and possession of a controlled dangerous substance for his role in the death of Chester Curtis "Curty" Morris III in Elgin August 2014. He was sentenced to 30 years and will pay more than $13,000 in restitution. The case against a second suspect remains in court and could go to trial.
