Full Notification

Fire Update:  Both Glendora PD and Azusa PD have supervisors at the fire command post on Highway 39.  This is the latest info from five minutes ago:  Fire is 100 acres.  Burning in a standard circular formation with the wind blowing from south to north (away from Glendora).  The fire is currently one mile north of the Burro Canyon Shooting Range which is located on East Fork, east of Highway 39.  At this time the fire is a substantial distance from Glendora and the wind is blowing away from the city.  There is no threat at this time.  However, fires can change direction based upon wind and other conditions.  Glendora Police will keep a supervisor at the fire command post for up to date information in case conditions change.  Monitor social media for updates.
