Attempt to Identify 
The accused was captured on surveillance using a stolen credit card and has since applied for several cards in the victims name. The accused subjects are described as follows:
1: Black male, dreadlocks and a larger build.
2: Black female, short with dreadlocks.
The accused vehicle is an older black sedan possibly a Toyota. The accused are believed to be residing in Asbury Park. If you can identify the accused subjects please contact Detective Jesse Orbach.
