The Kern County Sheriff's Office is continuing to search for 34 year old Benjamin Peter Ashley. A no bail warrant has been issued for Ashley's arrest charging him with kidnapping, murder, and attempt murder of a peace officer.
Ashley is considered armed and dangerous. A reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest and filing of a criminal complaint against Ashley.
