Potter County Property Vandalism. Unsolved Crime

From our friends at the Potter County Sheriff's Office:

The Potter County Sheriff’s Office needs your help solving a crime that happened around 4 am on Wednesday August 12th, 2015. We had our speed trailer on Western Street close to Yucca. This is done to inform drivers of their speed and to get them to slow down. Someone or several folks thought it would be fun to go push the trailer over. The trailer that cost us close to $6700 dollars was damaged. This trailer is used throughout the county to help folks be aware of their speed, slow down and help make our roads safer for everyone. We use it intensely in our school zones during the school year. For someone to go out and damage the trailer was just childish and we would love to know who is responsible. If you have any information on this trailer being damaged we would appreciate any calls to Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 374-4400 or Student Crime Stoppers at 372-8477. All calls are kept anonymous and you could be eligible for a cash reward for the information leading to arrest in this case.
