Full Notification

On 08/11/15, Compton Station responded to Gardena Memorial Hospital regarding a male victim who was assaulted by a vehicle while he was riding his bicycle. A vehicle occupied by four Hispanic males, approached him from behind, drove past him and yelled racial epithets toward him. A few minutes later the suspect vehicle again approached him from behind, struck his bicycle, causing him to be thrown from his bicycle and onto the ground. The suspect again yelled racial epithets at the victim. The victim sustained multiple lacerations to his head and most areas of his body.
