ACCUSED: Described as a tall black male (approximately 6’1”), dark
complexion, dreadlock hair style with white bleached tips, maroon T-shirt bearing “Diamond Surf Co.”, beige colored pants and black Jordan sneakers with reflective stripes.

NARRATIVE:
On 8/9/14 a 14 year old juvenile responded with his mother to the Township of Ocean Police Headquarters to report a strong arm robbery. The robbery occurred on 8/7/15 while he was at the Joe Palaia Park leaving the Italian American Festival. The victim reported that while walking along the paved walkway on the south side of the park, he was approached and surrounded by four subjects.

The accused, described as a tall black male (approximately 6’1”), dark complexion, dreadlock hair style with white bleached tips, maroon T-shirt bearing “Diamond Surf Co.”, beige colored pants and black Jordan sneakers with reflective stripes, approached him and demanded he turn over all of his property. When he refused, the accused struck him twice in the face. Upon being assaulted, the victim turned over all his cash and the four subjects fled back towards the festival. The victim was unharmed during the robbery.
