Reminder that National Night Out is TONIGHT August 4th from 6:30 to 11:00 pm at Somerdale Park School (301 Grace Street, Somerdale).

This year some of the activities will include:

• Bicycle Registration & Engraving – get the bicycles in your home registered and engraved to prevent theft or assist in recovery of stolen bicycles
• Child Safety Seat Inspection & Installation – assure your child’s seat is safe and installed properly
• Medicine drop off – remove expired or unnecessary medicine from your household
• Child Fingerprinting and ID – we provide you a copy of your child’s fingerprints along with an Identification to keep them safe
• D.A.R.E. – come meet the Department’s new D.A.R.E. Officer, Patrolman Alex Keister

The Somerdale Human Relations Commission will be on hand as well as teachers from Sterling High School who will show a documentary (in a separate classroom) discussing the Holocaust and how it relates to harassment, intimidation and bullying and how we all can take steps to reduce bullying.
