SOAP LAKE, Wash. (02AUGUST2015) – Grant County Sheriff’s Office reports that a man is discharging a gun from a tree in the Lakeview area of Soap Lake. For safety reasons, people are asked to avoid the area between Road 20 NW and St. Andrews NW, Soap Lake. While negotiators are trying to talk to the man now, this remains a potentially dangerous situation until resolved.
