Saturation Patrol Nets Six Impaired Drivers

 

Knox County – Indiana State Police and Vincennes City Police conducted a saturation patrol late last night and early this morning targeting impaired and dangerous drivers. Officers issued 21 traffic tickets, 31 warnings and arrested six impaired drivers. All six drivers were arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail where they are currently being held on bond.

  • Rebecca R. Kitchell, 41, Vincennes, IN
  1. Driving While Intoxicated (BAC .27%)  Arrested in Vincennes
  2. Resisting Law Enforcement

 

  • Jacob D. Patton, 21, Vincennes, IN
  1. Driving While Intoxicated (BAC .16%)  Arrested in Vincennes

 

  • Eli T. Ellerman, 30, Vincennes, IN
  1. Driving While Intoxicated (BAC .17%)  Arrested in Vincennes

 

  • Terra I. Evans, 21, Vincennes, IN
  1. Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal  Arrested in Vincennes
