ROAD CLOSURES UPDATE: OCEAN BLVD NOW OPEN IN BOTH DIRECTIONS; DOWNTOWN AREA MAY BE CONGESTED FOR RUSH HOUR COMMUTES 
As SCE continues to test multiple electrical vaults at various stages throughout the down town area, several streets may be impacted by road or lane closures. Ocean Blvd. is now open in both directions and is expected to stay open.
The impacted area for the next few hours is:
Broadway Street north to 7th Street
Magnolia Avenue east to Alamitos Blvd
Please avoid streets within this area during your commute. If you must commute in this area expect delays.
