Fowler-On July 29, 2015 a resident of Fowler IN was arrested at his home for nine counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Units received a tip from the National Center for Exploited Children that Thomas L. Harman, 65 of 901 E. 7th Street Fowler, was receiving child pornography via his internet. On July 21, 2015 a search warrant was obtained and evidence was collected to have the warrant issued and Fowler Police Department arrested Mr. Harman without incident.
Harmon was incarcerated into the Benton County Jail on nine counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a level 6 Felony. A photo of Harman is included with this release.
Assisting in the investigation is the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office and the Fowler Police Department. The investigation is continuing. This is all the information that will be released at this time.
Suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
