Womans wallet stolen from a shopping cart and used to make fraudulent charges at several locations in Petaluma. 
On 7/25/2015, the victim was shopping in Petaluma and noticed her wallet had been stolen while in the store. Her credit cards were used in multiple locations within Petaluma.
The unknown suspect entered Target and Kohl's in Petaluma and successfully made over $2300 in charges, and attempted an additional $2000, which were declined. The suspect is described only as a Hispanic female between 20 and 30 years of age. She was seen driving a white sedan.
The same woman was identified through video surveillance using the credit cards in both stores.
