4 reg. sex offenders meet with PPSC on7/29 at 5pm, at City Hall to request a waiver from residency restrictions.
The following registered sex offenders are petitioning the Public Protection and Safety Committee requesting a waiver from the sex offender residency restrictions in order to live at the following locations:
Brian L. Kuhfuss: 2114 N 20th Street
Mitchell D. Pask: 930A Michigan Avenue or 1123-1125 N 14th Street
Luis Alberto Santillan: 1113 S 11th Street
Andrew Darren Terschner: 1419 Carl Avenue
Discussion on this matter will take place at the Public Protection Safety Committee Meeting on Wednesday, July 29th, at 5 PM. The location of the meeting is at City Hall, Basement Conference Room.
