Two suspects were arrested for theft of credit cards after fraudulently changing a victims address at the post office

LOCATION: 26000 BLOCK OF BROOKMERE AVENUE, LOMA LINDA
SUSPECT(S): MIGUEL CORDOVA, 34 of Rialto
ROSIE MADRID, 29 of Rialto
SUMMARY:
On June 16, 2015 the victim discovered that unknown suspects had changed her address at the post office and had her Bank of America replacement credit cards forwarded to an address in Rialto. The suspects made numerous fraudulent purchases with the credit cards at Target and the Victoria Gardens mall. During the investiagtion a search warrant was served at the Rialto residence and Lonnie Davis, Brian Sanchez, and Norberto Ciseneros were arrested for charges related to the case. Witnesses also identified Miguel Cordova and Rosie Madrid as the suspects who stole the victim's credit cards and made the fraudulent charges. Warrants have been issued for the arrest of Cordova and Madrid.
