Sea Girt traffic congestion and road closures Saturday July 25th 8:00am-10:30am in Sea Girt associated with "Fun Run" 
The “Fun Run” will take place this year at a new location just north of Crescent Parkway, in The Plaza. Businesses in The Plaza and residents on Crescent Pkwy will not be affected by any closed roads. The actual race route will begin north of Crescent Parkway on The Plaza, run north on 6th Avenue, then east on Chicago Blvd. to 3rd Avenue, then south to Boston Blvd., then west to 4th Avenue, then north on 4th Avenue to Brooklyn Blvd., then west to 6th Avenue and south back to The Plaza. Both eastbound and westbound on Crescent Parkway will not be affected by the race and will remain open. The Plaza will be closed north of Crescent Parkway at 8:00am through 10:30am. Officers will be on traffic posts throughout the race route and will do their best to accommodate residents coming or going to their homes. Residents are asked to call Sea Girt Police if they are located in the race route and have any special concerns or request @ 732-449-7300.
