IHDA Homebuyer/Rehabilitation Workshop 
Are you in the market to buy a home?
Attend a free informational workshop and find out how to transform an unoccupied house into your new home!
Eligible homebuyers will receive:
-between $3,000 - $5,000 for down payment and closing cost assistance
-up to $20,000 to rehabilitate the property
Additional funds for the acquisition and rehabilitation may be available from the City of Rockford.
