Extended road closures as well as new traffic patterns to occur around Circle Blvd, beginning Friday, July 23rd. 
Circle Boulevard Closure for Roadway Improvements
New Port Richey, Florida – Circle Boulevard will be closed in all directions beginning July 24, 2015 as the City of New Port Richey begins reconstruction of the traffic pattern from one-way to two-way traffic in conjunction with the Sims Park Improvement Project. In addition to the new traffic pattern, southbound Circle Boulevard between Sims Lane and Grand Boulevard will be permanently closed. Finally, a portion of Grand Boulevard located between Bank Street and the ally access by the SMARTStart Business Incubator will be removed and relocated. Public Works Director, Robert Rivera, stated that the project is expected to be completed by September 14, 2015 and the City will take all measures to minimize impact and inconvenience for residents and visitors in and around the Orange Lake area. Road signs and markers have been erected to help aid in the detour routes. Please refer to the map below for individual impacts.
