Full Notification

At approx 1:00AM, Wednesday, July 22 Officer Jason Pritchett with the assistance of the Indiana State Police and the Benton County Sheriff Department, arrested Jere A. Hill, age 28 of Lafayette for Possession of Precursors with the Intent to Manufacture and Driving While Suspended. Joshua C. Martin, age 27 also of Lafayette was arrested for Possession of Precursors with the Intent to Manufacture and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle. Hill and Martin were incarcerated at the Benton County Jail. All information has been forwarded the to Benton County Prosecutor.

Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
