Synopsis: A 30 year old male was driving his Fiat 500 eastbound 14100 Carmel Valley Rd. A 61 year old female was driving her Chevy Nova westbound 14100 Carmel Valley Rd. The Fiat crossed over into the westbound lanes of oncoming traffic and hit the Nova head-on. The driver of the Nova died of her injuries at the scene. The driver of the Fiat was arrested for DUI. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
