Indecent Exposure Arrest 
(Etowah County, Alabama) A Boaz man was arrested and charged in connection to enticing a child and indecent exposure, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Johnny Ray Hale, 70, was arrested Monday, July 20 and is charged with one count of enticing a child for immoral purposes, a felony, and one count of indecent exposure, a misdemeanor,” investigator VaShaunda Ragland said.
Hale allegedly persuaded a 13 year-old female victim to go with him to various locations for immoral purposes of exposing himself to her.
He is being detained in the Etowah County Detention Center on $11,000 bond.
Hale is also facing additional charges with the City of Boaz.
