Incidents 426 Reports 57

#020 Hit and Run / Driving Under the Influence Arrest

At 10:07am, Officers Navas and Ehling were dispatched to the area of Robin/Hampshire in regards to a vehicle collision in the area.  The vehicle left prior to officers arrival but was located on Victoria.  The female driver (31 years old) was contacted and arrested for driving under the influence of a stimulant and hit and run. 

#025 Residential Burglary

Between 7:20am and 11:52am, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 4300 block of Sacramento through an unlocked front kitchen window. The loss was jewelry. 

#032 Warrant Arrest

At 2:57pm, Officer Dexter contacted a known male near Fremont/Decoto.  The male (52 years old/Fremont) was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.

#038 Annoying/Molesting a Child Under 18

At 3:59pm, Officer Burkhammer was dispatched to the area of Parkhurst/Sundale in regards to an adult male who was harassing two female juveniles.  Two 15 year old female juveniles were walking in the area when a male drove up to them in his mid-1990’s gold Honda Accord.  The male spoke in Spanish and offered the juveniles money to get in the car with him.  The juveniles called police.  The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, in his 30’s, wearing sunglasses and a green shirt.  Officers checked the area with negative results.

#039 Embezzlement Arrest

At 3:09pm, officers were dispatched to Target (Pac Commons) in regards to an embezzlement.  A male employee (19 years old/Newark) was arrested for embezzlement.

#043 Residential Burglary

Around 9:00am, unknown suspect(s) gained entry into a residence in the 42700 block of Everglades through a small kitchen sliding window at the back of the house.  The loss was jewelry, cash and electronics.

#051 Residential Burglary

Between 8:00am and 5:35pm, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 3700 block of Jamestown by breaking a window at the rear of the house.  The loss was cash and ammunition.

#055 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest

At 9:14pm, Officer Hartman was dispatched to an apartment complex on the 39000 block of Civic Center regarding a male that was living on a pathway in the complex. The male (56 years old/Fremont) was contacted and arrested for possession of suspected methamphetamine.

#060 Warrant Arrest

At 10:16pm, Officers Bordy and Torrico attempt to contact a group of people loitering in the area of Baine/Maple.  As officers approached the group, a known male ran to a nearby apartment.  The male (35 years old/Fremont) was eventually taken into custody for an outstanding felony warrant.

#061 Residential Burglary

Between 7:00pm and 9:30pm, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 4800 block of Mowry by kicking the front door.  The loss was jewelry.

#002 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest

At 2:02am, Officer Bordy contacted a female in the parking lot of Bill Ball Plaza.  The female (23 years old/Fremont) was arrested for possession of suspected methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

#017 Disorderly Conduct Arrest

At 1:51pm, officers were dispatched to the 40000 block of Fremont for a male that appeared to be intoxicated.  The male (39 years old/Fremont) was contacted and arrested for being drunk in public.

#034 Residential Burglary

Between 3:00pm and 4:15pm, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 90 block of Madrid by forcing open a French entry door.  An alarm was activated and it appeared the suspect(s) fled the area. 

#005 Disorderly Conduct Arrest

At 1:25am, officers were dispatched to the Saddle Rack in regards to a male being detained by security.  The male (23 years old/Gilroy) was arrested for being drunk in public.

#006 Warrant Arrest

At 6:52am, Officer Ramsey contacted a male near Southlake/Auto Mall.  The male (31 years old/Fremont) was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

#22 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest

At 2:00pm, Officers Latimer and Zargham conduct a vehicle stop near Canal/Decoto and contacted the male driver.  The male (36 years old/Union City) was arrested for possession of suspected methamphetamine.

#039 Stolen Vehicle / Felon in Possession of a Loaded Firearm Arrest

At 7:24pm, Officer Layfield located an occupied stolen vehicle.  Officer Layfield attempted to stop the vehicle, but it fled.  The vehicle became disabled after driving on a center median.  The male driver fled on foot.  A perimeter was established and the male (30 years old/Fremont) was ultimately located and arrested.  A search of the vehicle revealed a loaded firearm was inside.  The male was arrested for being in possession of a stolen vehicle and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

#003 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest

At 3:56am, Officer Collins contacted a female near Fremont/Parrish.  The female was arrested/cited for being in possession of drug paraphernalia.
